• The Students who is enrolled with NEHSS will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the students is not working hard, creating, indiscipline or using unfair means in the institute or Hostel, irregular in attendance he/she may be expelled from the institute.
• All the students should wear complete uniform prescribed by the institution and must bring their identity card and name badge in the institute. Every girl students wear ribbons of their respective classes, however, used of cosmetics such as nail polish, lipstick, uncombed hair styles and any other extra ordinary beautification are not allowed in this institute. Every boy students should have his hair cut & well combed. Any students with tatto marking will be expelled from the school.
• All students must reach the Institute at 9:30 am sharp and remain in their respective classromms until 3:30 pm except during the time of recess or when instructed by the authority.
• All the students should attend every lectures, seminars, practical classes and academic exercises prescribed for the course and any other activities taken up from time to time by the Institute/Authoruty. In case of non-attendance, application stating the reason for not attending must be presented to the Principal immediately or to the V.P. (Academic) in case Prinacipal is engaged other activities.
• Use of drugs, alcohols, smoke, kheini, pans and any other intoxicants items/product by the student in school uniform inside as well as outside the school premises is strictly prohibited. Any student found including in such acts or any other indiscipline activity is liable to be expelled immediately from the institution.
• A students who is late by 10 minutes from Exam/Mock Test/Test will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
• It is compulsory/mandatory to provide e-mail ID/Mobile NO. of the father/mother/guardian of the student. The result of exams or any other information of the Institute will be sent studentsw by SMS.
• The parents can meet the Institute/Hostel in-charge for any enquiry about heir wards progress or any other problem condcerning their ward prior appointment only.
• Mobile phones and any other Entertaining equipments are strictly prohibited inside the school campus. NO students are allowed to bring kind of Motor cycles/Cars inside the school campus.
• A fine of Rs. 100/- shall be charged for late payments of fees after the 10th of every scheduled month (for each installment).
• Guardians/Parents are requested to contact the Principal NEHSS/VP or Teacher in-charge regularly regarding attendance and progress of their wards. Every student must check the notice issued by the Institute/Authority. If any student is found to be sbsent from the classes continuously for 10 days without any written application from the student verified by the respective parents to the Principal; his/her name will be struck off from the register i.e. the admission will be treated cancelled.
• If students are found roaming outside the school premises in the school uniform, then they must accept the punishment given by the authority of the institution.
• Student with less than 80% of attendance will not be allowed to appearing in any examination. In case any students absence without leave during the school examination a fine of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) per day will be imposed.

• The school authority reserve the right to change/amend the Rules & Regulations at any point of time depending on the prevailing situations even without prior notice.

• A sum of Rs. 1000/- will be charged for renewal of admission from those whose names had once been struck off the register.

So, as to make the Students schieve success in life after leaving the institute, NEHSS is organising Interaction Programme in two ways -

• Regularly interaction programme will be organised with teachers, guardians and students after every Term and Semester exams to understand every individual's potential and behavior, solutions will be prepared for insucing qualities to the students.
• Students of this world require taste and experience will professional and leaders to achieve their aims in life. The Institute will give an opportunity for students to interect with successful personalities in different field. This Institute will give be an image in their mind and heart to achieve success.

Rights & Responsibilities of the School

The whole rights & responsibilities of the school will be born by

• School Management Committee
• The School Authority
• The School Advisory Board
• The School Management Committee will have the overall rights & responsibilities of internal & external affairs of the School.
• The School Authority is governed by the School Management Committee only.
• The Advisory board shall accompany the school committee in the affairs of school development.

School Discipline

• All students must strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the authority Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline in all spheres, failing which the school reserved the right take actions against the erring students.
• School properties such as furniture, library books, electric fand, lab equipements, toilets, etc nust be utilized with care.
• For the maintenance of a peaceful academic atmosphere in the school, students are forbidden from creating unnecessary noises, gossiping or sitting along the school corridors and verandahs but to wisely utilize the alloted timings as per the schedule.
• Students coming to school without his/her complete uniform may not be allowed inside the classroom/school premises and may be send home.
• Leave of absence may be granted on producing an application of leave starting valid reason (s) signed by parents/guardians.
• The Advisory board shall accompany the school committee in the affairs of school development.
