ADMISSION TEST

The student whose application forms are found complete and all correct shall be issued admit card. Students who recieve Admit card shall appear a written test on a date announced by the institution. Question will be set on General English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics from syllabus of Class X of Board of Secondary Education, Manipur. Each subject will carry 20 marks and total marks will be 100 only. Duration of the examination will be of 2 hours. All questions will be of only multiple choice types.

SELECTION & DECLARATION RESULT

Selection of candidates will be based on the admission test exam of the eligible candidate. In case if equal cumulative results arise subjects wise will be given on priority basis Science/Maths/General English. Result of the test will be declared on the same day of admission test. No personal intimation or correspondence will be made in this regard.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW / COUNSELLING

After declaration of selection result, am interview of selected candidates will be conducated on a day fixed authority and it may continue for a few if required. Candidates should be accompanied by their parents / guardians at the time interview and it is mandatory. This interview will assess personality, conduct, discipline and behaviour of the student. Candidates are to be appeared in formal dress. Selected candidate are required to produce the original certificate and documents at the time of interview. Any students, who fails to appear at the interview on the given date, shall have/her selection cancelled

PAYMENT OF FEES

Candidates selected for admission after personal interview / counselling should collect bank deposit slips from the school office. Fees are to be paid at the State Bank of India, Thoubal Branch or Cash payments at school office on or before the last date fixed by the institute. THe counter foil of the bank receipt (school copy) should be deposited to the office of the institute immediately. If the receipt / counter foil (school copy) is not submitted in time the particular candidate will be taken as "not admitted". Right for admission cannot be claimed by those selected candidates who fail to pay the admission fees and submit the school copy by the due date.

APPLICATION FORM

The Prospectus and apllication form can be obtained from the institution on payment of non-refundable amount fixed by the institution for the particular academic session. There shall be limited seat reservation for BPL students and certified handicap students. Details shall be announce by the Princiapal, NEHSS at the time of admission.

The following documents should be the enclosed at the time of submission of duly filled Application form to the institution on or before the date fixed byt the institutional authority.

• 5 photocopies of provisional certificate of passing HSLC or equivalent examination.
• 5 photocopies of mark sheet of HSLC or equivalent exam.
• 5 photocopies of admit card or equivalent exam.
• 6 photocopies size and 2 stamp size photographs
• 3 photocopies of BPL Card, if applied for.
• 3 photocopies of Handicap Certificate, if applied for.
• 3 photocopies of OBC/ST/SC Certificate.
• Eligibility Sertificate, Original (for Board transfer; CBSE and other board)
  
• 3 photocopies of aadhaar card

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION

The institute authority reserve to cancel the admission of a candidate if the information furnished by him/her are found incorrect or if the documents are found forged or fake or if he or dhe engage in any activity that effects the institute.

ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL & TRANSFER

Once admitted, fees shall no be refunded. Any students seeking transfer before the end of the academic session shall have to pay monthly fees and other relevant fees for the full term. Otherwise transfer shall not be allowed and on transfer certificate will be issued.
